Natural Growth Factor Injections is an entirely natural procedure because it is made from your own blood. It will not cause you to have any allergic reactions or any other adverse reaction. The procedure is simple and very safe.
We take a small sample of your blood, then spin it in a centrifuge to separate the platelets – proteins that contain the growth factors that are essential for healing. We refine that concentrated platelet serum and carefully inject it in precisely the right spots to achieve your desired results.

Unlike a filler product that is gradually absorbed by your body, the platelet-rich plasma stimulates your body’s own production of localized blood vessels and new skin cells with healthier collagen structure. It can take a little longer to see your new look, as producing new collagen and cells takes time, so while you will see improvement right away, fully visible results may take a few weeks.

As for safety for Natural Growth Factor Injections. If accidentally injected into a blood vessel anywhere on your body or face, the risk of occlusion is essentially ZERO. Natural Growth Factor Injections are a much safer alternative to dermal fillers and the results provided are typically even better than you get with dermal filler. What is Platelet Rich Fibrin EZ Gel?

Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) is the ultimate blood concentrate treatment. Prior to PRF, platelet rich plasma (PRP) was the gold standard used to rejuvenate the skin, stimulate collagen and reduce signs of aging. When obtaining this PRP sample, blood is collected and spun in a high-speed centrifuge using moderate G-Force to separate the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma (PRP). This PRP sample was then injected into the treatment area. Studies have since shown that when spinning the blood too fast, for too long, you are not only pushing down the red blood cells to the bottom of the tube, but also the natural growth factors cells that we want to harvest. This process results in mostly pure plasma water with a low concentration of natural growth factors.

The process of obtaining platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is a little different than that of PRP in that we obtain your blood sample and spin it at a much slower speed and at a lower G-force. By doing so, we are able to keep the majority of the stem cells and growth factors at the top of the sample so we can extract them to inject, instead of them being pushed down to the bottom. This difference in spinning produces 10x the growth factor concentration than that of PRP! Once extracted, the albumin is heated, the PRF is cooled, and then the two are mixed, which turns the PRF into a filler-like consistency. This end product is your body’s own natural “plasma filler”, with zero additives and no chance of migration, occlusion or tyndall effect. PRF is able to be injected anywhere that you can inject fillers. It is the ideal treatment to rejuvenate, volumize, and reduce signs of aging through its long-term benefits of stimulating your own collagen, elastin for a more natural, youthful, long-term outcome.

Is there any downtime after Natural Growth Factor Injections?

The Natural Growth Factor Injections injections usually do not cause any downtime. Your skin may be a little red following your treatment.

There is minimal downtime with PRF injections. You can expect to be a bit swollen in the area of injections for 3 to 5 days. Icing the area, not working out, and sleeping on your back at an incline can reduce swelling faster.

What is Filler?

The facial fillers used at LUXE Med Spa are made from hyaluronic acid. The use of fillers can eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replace soft-tissue volume loss, raise scar depressions, and volumize creases and folds of the face. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to sun damage and muscle movement. Facial fillers provide a solution to such damage through facial injections.

How much does Filler cost?

Because everyone’s needs are different, and with such a wide variety of treatments involving filler, a personal consultation is the best way to establish cost. With that in mind, filler treatments start at $650. This cost not only reflects the price of the product, but also the skill, knowledge and expertise of the medical injector. We do not price match.

When will I see results?

Results are visible immediately after treatment. The healing process then begins which involves swelling for about 3-7 days depending on the amount injected, area injected, and how your body reacts to the procedure. The product then settles and you’ll enjoy your final results about 2-3 weeks after injections. Please give yourself a minimum of 2 weeks before any events or vacations in case of residual bruising and swelling.

How long do results last?

Longevity differs from person to person and from treatment to treatment. Because the product is being injected into the body, some bodies may metabolize the product faster than others. See below for average longevity based on treatment:
