You can park directly in front of the building. We have 2 designated parking spots that LUXE MED SPA PARKING. But if those two are taken you can park in the 1 hour parking spot in the parking lot.

Booking Fee

Booking Fee is applied toward services and will NOT BE REFUNDED DUE TO CANCELLATION, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask you kindly do so BEFORE 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or your deposit will be KEPT as a cancellation fee. Appointment times are booked according to your scheduled procedure. Therefore, the booking fee confirms your booking slot. Last minute cancellations do not allow sufficient time to fill the appointment gap. Please be respectful of the provider time, as we are respectful of your time and appointment scheduled after you.

Booking Fee is $100 and will be charged to card on file that you provide during booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The booking fee does not go towards future appointments. This fee is for the appointment time. Re-scheduling must be done BEFORE “48 hours” of your scheduled appointment time or your booking fee will be kept as a cancellation fee and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within “less than” 48 hours will lose their booking fee. NO refunds, exchanges, or credit card charge backs will be accepted. If for any reason the payment does not process, you will be responsible for the owed deposit and billed. Future appointments cannot be made prior to resolving the deposit fee owed.

Follow Up Fee

Follow up appointments at Luxe Med Spa Aesthetics are a courtesy to our patients. Follows ups are to ensure you and the provider are happy with your results. Follow ups are treated as a regular appointment and held to the 48-hour policy. If you cancel or reschedule within “less than” 48 hours of your follow up appointment a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file and a new booking will be required to reschedule and refunded to you at the time of your appointment new scheduled appointment.

Late Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time as well as the provider’s valuable time. Every effort to perform your treatment in the remaining scheduled time will be made; however, if unable to do so, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if arriving more than 15 minutes late and charge the deposit fee to the credit card on file.

Consultation Fee

If at the time of your appointment you decide you would not want to forward with any procedure your booking fee will be KEPT as a consultation fee for the provider’s time. You will have 30 days to schedule your procedure and your original booking fee can be applied to services. If you schedule outside of the 30 days a new booking fee will be required.

No Show Fee

If you no show for your scheduled follow up appointment, your card on file will be CHARGED $50 to cover the providers time. If there is no card on file or the card declines a non-refundable $50 fee will be required to book any future appointments. If you no show for your scheduled procedure appointment, then your booking fee will be kept as a cancellation fee for the providers time.

Pre-Purchased Services

Any Pre-Purchased services expire 12 months from date of purchase. A service is considered any al carte procedure (filler syringes, neuromodulator treatments, PDO threads, Carbon laser peel, Individual facials, IV Drip therapy, Fibroblast, Single session penis augmentation, Single session butt augmentation, or any service that a client has paid for just one treatment.) No extensions for non-use of any pre purchase service will be given after 12 months from that date of purchase. Any pre-purchased service will be treated on a “use it or lose it” basis. Any Pre-Purchased packages will be given 6 months for the package to be used in its entirety. Packages are considered treatments that your purchase all the sessions required up front (PRF Injections, PRF EZ gel injections, Sessions of Sculptra, Sessions of Carbon laser peel, Multiple sessions of penis augmentation, Multiple sessions of butt augmentation, Liquid Lipo sessions, Microneedling sessions, PRP Microneedling sessions) Any services remaining in the pre-purchased package will treated as a “use or loss it” basis. So, no refunds will be made on any pre-purchased packages or pre-purchased services if they were not used in the time specified for the pre-purchased package or 12 months after the pre-purchased service.

Children, Visitors & Pet Policy

Although we love children and pets, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS of any kind. Children are allowed but must be accompanied by someone to watch them while you are receiving treatment or well behaved in the treatment with you. We would want to avoid any injury to children and avoid disruption in the treatment room or lounge areas. Please plan accordingly prior to your appointment.

Visitors (ex: spouses, friends) are welcome to come; however, they must wait in the waiting lounge during your appointment. This policy is to ensure you get full attention during your injectable procedure. Injectables are very precise and require great concentration with attention to detail without distractions for the best results. If your visitor would like a consultation, they must have an appointment booked prior to arrival. The daily schedule is typically back-to-back which does not allow time for additional last-minute appointments.
